The Premier Old Vine Zinfandel has been aged 20 months in French Oak. The resulting wine is bright and highly aromatic with notes of blackberry, cocoa powder and cola nut. Loaded with flavors of strawberry, chocolate, anise and smoked meat, the layered complexity of this wine is complimented by its excellent weight and balance. Fresh and refined, the plush tannins are flawlessly integrated to add a silky, regal quality to the velvety finish. Great with barbecued red meat.
